| Eating Chicken Drumsticks - a question | | This will change how you eat chicken drumsticks from here on out because now you'll stop and think about it before you take that first bite.
Does your drumstick face right or face left? In other words, in which hand do you hold the skinny drum part? Your right hand or your left?
I hold mine in the left hand with the fat meat part of the drumstick pointing to the right. I tried it once the other way, with the drumstick facing left, and got all screwed up eating it. I almost missed the bite entirely.
So what's it for you? Drumstick facing right or left?

| Drumsticks???? | | Hi every body. Do you eat 'drum-sticks'? My friends in the west might not be aquainted with this fruit, that looks like drum-sticks; hence the name. Here in India most homes have this tree. My house has also one, it is full of the fruit now. This fruit is used as vegetable. The leaves and flowers are also eaten as vegetable. I like this very much. In my local language, it is known as 'munga'.
The extract from the leaves is said to cure high blood pressure . It also cures heavy bleeding during periods. The fruit is supposed to increse the sexual power too.
Well friends, do you eat this in your place. Please share.

| | Chicken... do you prefer boneless or drumsticks? | | I was just curious to see what others opinions on chicken was. I love chicken i can eat it almost everyday if need be. But i cant eat it off the bone. i have this mental picture in my head when ever i see a chicken bone and its not a very pretty picture at that! So i go and buy the skinless boneless. It taste better and its healtier for oyu too! Occaionslly i will buy a few family packages of the legs, drumsticks and thighs. My husband and daughter like these and i dont mind buying htem when im on a tight budget because i can proably get 3 family packs for the price of one pack of bonelss skinless. My husband liek the boneless because then iwill marinate them in a terayki sauce or honey sauce and when we cook them they are so delicous and my daughter likes the crunchy shake and bake skin! I like putting the bonless in a skillet and mixing it up with the campells bake meals. with the stuffng and creamy sauces.. mmm mmm mmmm~!I was just wondering... what is your prefence boneless or not? What is your favorite way to eat them? | |

| Try this~~FRIED DRUMSTICKS!! | | At present the vegetable market is full of 'drumsticks'. The price has gone down from Rs 40/- a kilo to Rs.15/- now. Drum stick is good for health and tasty, if you know how to prepare different items from it.It is a remedy for 'erectile-disfunction' too.
My house has a drumstick tree that is atleast 110 years old, the house was purchased in 1904, at that time this tree was there. Large quantity of drum sticks are still hanging on it. We never, sell them, but distribute to all friends and neighbours. My mother in law used to say -"The more you distribute, the more will be the yield"; this we find to be 100% true. Quite naturally, we prepare various items from this. Oregnant ladies of India have great craze for 'drumsticks", here is one-"DRUM STICK FRIED"!!!
Take medium size drum sticks, peel of the outer skin by scrapping with a knife,(otherwise the taste will be bitter). Cut into 4-5 inch long pieces, boil in salted water, strain and keep aside for deep frying. Make a paste from rice flower, red chilly powder, mint leaves, turmeric powder & 'garam masala'. Coat the boiled stcks with this and fry...
